Killers Striking Twice

It was just a normal day for the store clerks Alagie Dibba and Ashu Walia when suddenly they were held at gun point and their lives were at risk. The abnormal thing is, is that the two clerks work at completely different places, which tells us that the attackers of the first place, where Dibba worked, was only the first robbery in a chain of many. The two attackers came in to the BP gas station and commanded Dibba to get on the ground and as he was obeying them he was shot in the stomach where he later died. As the police arrived at the gas station where Dibba was found, the attackers were already on their move to the next targeted gas station on their list of robberies. The second place on their list was where Walia worked and if it wasn't for the bullet proof glass infront of the cashier then Walia could have been killed as well and the chain of gas stations and deaths of the workers could have been far more numerous. After the gun shot the glass and didn't even crack the glass, Walia knew it was safe to call the police because he was in no potential danger. The two attackers fled the site and the police came where the two attackers were arrested.
The dangers that people face everyday are surprising to many people around the world. Who would have thought that that was the last day of Alagie Dibba's life because I know that he didn't. Life is a surprise, a fragile thing that no one should take advantage of which is what those two attackers did. They took the life of Dibba and could have potentually taken the life of Walia who in the end saved more lives than his own. If it wasn't for Walia, many others would have been killed that day and maybe those attackers would have never been caught. It's weird to think about the life that we are dealt, whether we are a victim or the hero in the end. People like Dibba and Walia are considered both victims and heros for risking their life and saving many others at the same time.
