starbooks.

So here I am at Starbucks writing this blog with some girl named Jaya Sharma in front of me and I’m going to tell you the story of the drink I picked, and well…Starbucks. So at first I didn’t know what to get, my mind went back and forth between the peppermint white chocolate mocha and the salted caramel mocha. I know it’s a hard choice, but in the end I chose the peppermint mocha and I’m quite content with what I chose. When I took my first sip, it was like Christmas in my mouth. Considering, the weather I thought it was the perfect choice because there was it was chilly outside, and the peppermint mocha fit the occasion of having to study Spanish and read the Great Gatsby of course.
People consider Starbucks a cool and hip place to study and read a book, and as I am here right now, I see plenty of people having conversations while sipping on coffee and doing some last minute studying. A big change at Starbucks is that they now sell alcoholic drinks, so it gives it a fancy bar environment feel. But it is very much different from the typical coffee drinking study area that all began when a man in Seattle decided to establish the first Starbucks, and ever since then it is a booming industry. The company has added several factors to their usual coffee, such as food, fancy water, and most importantly, bananas. Starbucks has become a place to chill and hang and has become the “cool place.” So I guess that makes me cool now. The smell of coffee is quite enticing I must say, and it has attracted several young customers and people of all ages. Starbucks has made it a warm and cozy area that everyone wants to come to because of their light bulbs and lit candles. That is all I have to say, so good day to you.
