Aliens are real!!!!

You do not have to believe me, but I think aliens are real. Where's my evidence? Well, the Drake Equation predicts that at least 10,000 other civilizations exist in the galaxy. If you are unfamiliar with the Drake Equation, it is an equation developed by Francis Drake to predict the number of extraterrestial civilizations in the Milky Way, or other known as N= R x fp x  ne x fl x fi x fc x L. "R" stands for the rate at which stars are born; "fp stands for the fraction of suitable stars that have planets; "ne" stands for the number of planets per star that are suitable for life; "fl" stands for the fraction of habitable planets on which life actually originates; "fi" stands for the fraction of life-bearing planets where intelligent life emerges; "fc" stands for the fraction of planets on which technology capable of producing detectable signal develops; and "L" stands for the average dominated by civilizations with long lifetimes. Drake's predictions were made almost fifty years ago, so more civilizations may actually exist. Although the Drake equation suggests that Earth should be visited at least once every human's lifetimes, we haven't been visited yet because humans have only been detectable for about hundred years. Our civilization is still considered young because we haven't been able to produce potentially detectable electromagnetic spectra until recently.

Why would extraterrestial aliens travel all the way to Earth? Well, it is possible that the foreign civilization have depleted their planet's resources, maybe the aliens wish to enslave our planet to gain a labor source, or maybe they want to eat humans as a food source. Our planet's defences would be no chance against the aliens because the aliens would be far more technologically advanced. In order to protect our territory, the US federal government must develop an advanced space propulsion system, such as chemical-propellant rockets. Even if the alien invasion never occurs, the propulsion system would solve many other impacts-- it could cause a major technological development period, which could spark an economic boom.
