ESPN Fantasy

ESPN's Fantasy sports have become increasing popular among sports fans around the nation.  It is a fun and competitive way of following your favorite sports. I am currently participating in Fantasy Basketball. Basically a Fantasy works by holding a draft, which is a lottery system where the players for each team are selected. Based on how the players perform in real life, you earn points for your fantasy team. The winner can either earn money or have bragging rights until next season. I am in a league and yesterday we held our draft. At the beginning, I was a little disappointed, about being the last pick in the first round; however, I was reliefed when I picked up Steve Nash (point guard for LA Lakers). He is averaged to have 10.5 assists a game, which will gather me a lot of points in the fantasy world. I was the first pick of the second round, an I was able to acquire Dwight Howard (center for the LA Laker). He will also be a key player in my fantasy team, with which he averages 20.6 points and 2.5 blocks a game. Overall, I have a decent roster, and I hope to fight for first place in the league. All in all ESPN's Fantasy sports are fun, competitive, and bring you closer the your friends and the sports you love.
